I just downloaded Windows Live Writer to give me more freedom when blogging and I have to say that so far I’m pretty impressed. Writer automatically links to my blog and allows me to write in a WYSIWYG environment that is more comfortable than the online editor built into WordPress.
I really like the fact that I can copy and paste images directly into a post, easily insert video, tables, maps photo albums and tons more! The coolest part of Writer has to be the “Preview” tab at the bottom of the program that gives an instant snapshot of what your post will look like on your site. I know that Worpress does all of this, but Writer does it better. If you blog, I highly recommend you try Writer out today.
